What we keep, and what we never collect

Short version: nothing happens on this site unless you write to us, and then we keep only what you typed.

What the form collects

The contact form asks for four things: your name, your farm name, your email address and what you sell. Nothing else is read, and nothing at all is collected while you only read the pages.

Where it goes

A message you send arrives in our mailbox at postmaster@sweetfrontstudio.com, which is hosted by Zoner. The form itself is delivered by Formspree, which passes the message on and keeps a copy in our account there. Until that service is connected, the button simply opens your own mail app, so the message travels straight from you to us.

Why we keep it

To answer you, and to prepare the free homepage draft you asked for. We do not sell it, share it or rent it to anyone, and we do not add you to any list you did not ask for.

How long

As long as we are talking, and for a year afterwards in case you come back. Write to us and we delete it the same week, along with anything you sent.

Cookies, analytics, trackers

None. No cookies are set, no analytics script runs, no advertising pixel is embedded, and the fonts are served from this site rather than from Google. That is why nothing asked you to accept anything when you arrived.

Hosting

The pages are served by Cloudflare Pages. Like every web server, it briefly logs each request, which includes an IP address, to keep the service running and to stop attacks. We do not read those logs and cannot tie them to a person.

Your rights

Write to postmaster@sweetfrontstudio.com and ask to see, correct or delete whatever we hold about you. One email is enough, there is no form to fill in. If you think we handled it badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If any of this changes, the date below changes with it.
